Time passes, October has come and is almost gone.

They say routine is a powerful tool, making it easier to suffer through the most horrible things in life. Fear, pain, anger - routine can turn all of them into something that is only silently smouldering under the surface, barely affecting your everyday-life.

But what good can come off of bottled up emotions?
And what if at the same time your every breath is under surveillance by the very person that seems to be your only confidant around?
